Yes. I believe this is more than a diet, it is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. With some diets you have to do strange things or avoid foods that are needed long term for your health. After completing such a diet, some people just put the weight back on as soon as they they go back to regular food. Not with my plan. With a little more flexibility and adjustment once you are maintaining weight (instead of trying to lose it), you can continue on with the principles of my plan for a lifetime.
