Well, quite possibly. . . Initially anyway, until your body adjusts to your new eating plan. Here's the thing. You can't keep eating the way you are and expect to lose weight. A diet is about making a change. So initially, your body may try to tell you that you are starving to death because you are not eating your regular 2 bowls of sugar cereal while watching your favorite show. But that is just ridiculous! You are not starving to death. Your body wants to maintain the status quo, and we are trying to change it! My plan allows you to eat 5 to 6 times a day. I believe that your body should be healthy as you lose weight.
